Growth creates pressure to move faster than systems allow.
Pipeline discipline is often strong in early stages.
The team is small.
Standards are clear.
But as pressure to grow increases, discipline slowly weakens.
Deals move forward earlier.
Stages become flexible.
Exceptions multiply.
At first this feels like progress.
Later it becomes noise.

And forecasts become harder to trust.
