Deals that once would have been filtered out remain in the pipeline.



The pipeline grows.



But its predictive value shrinks.



Large pipelines can hide a dangerous illusion:



Revenue feels close — but is actually drifting further away.



Healthy pipelines are not defined by size.



They are defined by clarity.
